Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
The company is diverse in the most natural way possible. As a person of colour I have often found myself being the token diversity person in most teams I have been a part of, but at RAA diversity is not a symbolistic thing. The teams are super inclusive and respectful. The managers are accommodating of your needs whether it be childcare or disabilities and also very accommodating to differences in beliefs and backgrounds.

RAA openly expresses commitment to diversity. There is an LGBTIQA+ group. In progress, there's a Women in Stem group. RAA is partnered with the Tjindu Foundation and interacts with the foundation frequently. The company is very focussed on diversity in the workplace, and offers cultural awareness workshops to provide awareness about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, history and the positive impact of diversity in the workplace. RAA also has events for Reconciliation Week.
