Formal training is good, with senior lawyers from different practice areas, as well as professionals from other lines of service, providing informative 1 hour long presentations on their work. Opportunities for informal (day to day) training, which forms bulk of learning, is mixed. Great diversity of work available, but difficult to learn because of associated lack of repetition/familiarity with legal area.
There is a large effort to provide internal training, but external or anything that provides professional accreditation is extremely limited.
