Our 2-year Graduate Program is specially designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge and networks that will empower you to succeed! With bars, cafes, prayer rooms, and a gym, the campus is fun and inclusive. Our employee networks are yours to join and are a great way to make connections across the business. We offer exciting programs in all areas of our corporate functions! By joining us, you will enjoy:

About You

To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate Programs you must:

  • Have completed a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in 2021, or 2022 or expect to complete your final subject by December 2023, including any internships or work experience placements required for graduation
  • Be willing to predominately work from our Macquarie Park campus - Relocation assistance is considered for successful candidates based outside of Sydney
  • Be available to commence on 12 February 2024
  • We welcome applications for our Tech/ Digital Graduate Program from those who hold valid Graduate Visa 485 at the time of commencement in the program 2024

About Our Process

Optus Early Careers is where skills are nurtured not expected. We’re for unheard voices and think-differenters and we can’t wait to review your application! What you can expect from our application process:

  • Complete an online application form and submit your CV
  • Shortlisted applicants will receive a link from HireVue to complete a short one-way video interview and psychometric testing
  • If you are applying for our Tech Incubator Graduate Program, you will be required to complete a technical test from CodeVue through HireVue
  • If we’d like to learn more, we’ll give you a quick call to discuss your application
  • In-person Assessment Centres will be held from February 2023
  • Successful candidates will then complete background checks
  • Offers will be made in early 2023
