Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Good level of cooperation and teamwork and there are nice social events and opportunities outside of work to do things.

The structure is relatively flat. People in the company are welcoming, my team in particular organizes a lot of events to get to know each other outside of work. Generally, the workplace is cooperative and people try to be as helpful as possible.

I very much enjoy spending time with my colleagues both at work and outside of work (Friday drinks, work trip, etc). The culture in the office can be stress inducing at times, given the nature of the work and the feeling that your performance is constantly being evaluated.

Even as a graduate, I have been given a major project that gets me talking to multiple senior people at the company. I can send them a quick slack message or go up and talk to anyone personally, regardless of their position at the company. It feels like a place of high collaboration and teamwork, especially between different teams.

In office, informal, relatively flat hierarchy but people still give more weigh to input by those higher up. Can question those decisions without repercussion After hours, quite relaxed, pizza, drinks, table tennis, video games etc. but most people talk about work. Can quite easily socialise with significantly higher up people if they do turn up.

Everyone socialising with each other which is quite nice. Very flat hierarchy and easy to take ownership of different projects.

Results-driven and collaborative

Plenty of nice people. Fairly serious culture, getting more boring and corporate.

I am able to relax and enjoy myself with my colleagues, and also have solid business relationships with them.

The culture throughout the day is fairly friendly and without constant pressure, I have frequent catchups with managers to provide direction, and there are constant events to allow for socialisation for colleagues outside of work.

Great culture and very nice people to work with. After hours on level 7 there's a lot of activities e.g. table tennis, pool, poker to play with colleagues.
Graduate, Sydney
Quite flat structure, and a good culture where they listen to good ideas, regardless of who it came from. Teamwork is great and you can always ask questions to your teammates when unsure, and help others out when you can. I've formed some great friendships in the company.
