Your Role

• Gain a thorough understanding of the IM space and the full range of products and services available to MSIM clients

Training & development

The Investment Management Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program consisting of one week of training and nine weeks of working within a specific IM team.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. The salary range for this position is between US$30 - US$35 per hour. Career progression

Across all IM teams, the curriculum is designed to equip Summer Analysts with the fundamental skills they need to be successful in IM. During the 10-week program, Summer Analysts experience the culture and atmosphere of Morgan Stanley by performing a role similar to a Sales Support Representative.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and will graduate between December 2024 and June 2025
