Your Role

  • Develop advanced strategic thinking skills and a deep understanding of the global financial services industry, by assisting the team in identifying and evaluating growth opportunities (e.g., new market or product entry), including analyzing market trends, the competitive landscape, business complexities, and regulatory constraints.
  • Learn the fundamentals of M&A, by helping the team evaluate M&A opportunities across the franchise, including screening for potential targets, assessing their strategic fit, and conducting detailed valuation / pro-forma modeling and analysis.

Training & development

A 10-week program that takes place at Morgan Stanley’s headquarters in New York.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. The salary range for this position is between US$50 - US$52.88 per hour. About you

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and will graduate between December 2024 and June 2025
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A quick learner with a strong work ethic; a team player with the ability to work independently
