What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?
Being in an industry typically associated with a large carbon footprint, we are constantly trying to find ways to be greener, through waste management and hybrid fleet vehicles. We also engage with Books in Homes who provide books to children living in remote, disadvantaged and low socio-economic circumstances.

We have the books in home program and a scholarship program also, Run for Kids Ect. However given the industry we work in I don't see any environmental initiatives.

Actively participate in Books in Homes, weekly deliveries of fruit to disadvantaged local schools, tickets offered to participate in charity events i.e. fun runs etc. Fundraising activities at each branch.
Midlevel, Melbourne
We do enough to adhere to environmental concerns but we could do more. Though it is hard given we are the freight industry.
Graduate, Tullamarine
We give books to underprivileged and do fun runs and charitable days throughout the year.
