As part of the Winter Development Program, you’ll learn about the business, gaining valuable insights into their global corporate M&A, advisory, equities or investment. You’ll be exposed to the workings of real deals, transactions and investments while learning new skills and building your professional network.

Training & development

Macquarie's programme provides you with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the financial services industry and build the technical skills and knowledge to kickstart your career. A range of learning and development opportunities is available to you from team development and management capability to individual skills development. Macquarie's learning and development teams design programmes to help you develop your knowledge and skills.

About you

Requirements:

  • Science, technology, engineering and maths students or women from any discipline in their penultimate year of study. 
  • No prior financial experience is required, just an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn.
