About our Summer Internship Program 

By joining the Macquarie Summer Internship Program you’ll become an integral member of the team for your entire placement. You’ll be sitting side-by-side with business leaders, learning on the job, making a difference and working on live projects and transactions.

Your career development starts with a Macquarie wide orientation. You’ll then embark on a structured 10 – 12 week program with on-the-job training and the opportunity to build your network. The experience you will have throughout your program can set you up for a successful career following the completion of your studies.

We have opportunities for our 2020 / 2021 Summer Internship Program in Retail Banking & Financial Services (Melbourne).  

Joining our retail bank, you’ll be re-imagining retail financial services and creating best-in-class experiences for our customers and partners.  Working with some of Australia's leading brands, you’ll be part of a team that is dedicated to building a leading digital experience and creating market-leading innovation. As the first digital bank, you’ll join a team at the forefront of creating personalised customer experiences, helping us secure new relationships and alliances, and develop existing ones.  

With more than one million Australian clients, you’ll be joining an award-winning digital bank that provides a diverse range of personal banking, wealth management and business banking products and services to retail clients, advisers, brokers and business clients.  

Wholesale Credit  

The Wholesale Credit team are responsible for all phases of credit activity for Wholesale Finance transactions. The team manage a portfolio of dealer groups and are responsible for completing annual reviews, interim requests and assessing new wholesale finance opportunities.
