Your role

Job Description:

The Summer Intern position will offer an opportunity for broad exposure to site characterization and selection, contracts and equipment supply agreements, civil and structural analyses, technology reviews, electrical and control systems, construction cost and schedule, operation and maintenance costs, and environmental permitting and compliance.  

It is expected the Summer Intern will:

  • Review and analyze data and information.
  • Perform engineering and scientific calculations and analyses.
  • Apply engineering and scientific principles to solve problems.
  • Support reviews of contracts, agreements, and permits.
  • Gain exposure to modelling and software applications and
  • Assist in report preparation and documentation.

About you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's or Master’s degree program pursuing a degree in Engineering or Science.  Experience and/or coursework in Energy Engineering preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and perform individual tasks.
