The Organisation

Le Cornu Lewis Hancock was established in 1991 by Graham Le Cornu, Michael Lewis and Grant Hancock. Driven by a desire to provide personal cost-effective accounting, taxation and business advice to families and family businesses.

At Le Cornu Lewis Hancock we provide a personal service, which is tailored to the individual needs of each client. We pride ourselves on being able to offer the client regular direct Partner and senior staff contact. As a smaller firm, Le Cornu Lewis Hancock have the advantage of being able to offer a full range of tax accounting, business management and succession planning services without the burden of high overheads, often associated with larger practices.

Many of the firm's clients have dealt with the current Partners or their predecessors for a significant number of years. Consequently, their involvement has crossed generations of family members and has resulted in relationships based on confidentiality, trust and loyalty.

Graduate Careers

The firm regularly recruits graduates and undergraduates, who have studied or are towards the completion of their university accounting degree. We provide the flexibility required to ensure that the study is given the importance it deserves.

As Chartered Accountants, Le Cornu Lewis Hancock encourages graduates to complete both the Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant programs. They also fund and provide ongoing support to employees whilst completing the program.

The culture of Le Cornu Lewis Hancock supports the maintenance of a balanced lifestyle for staff at all levels of the organisation. In addition, the high number of young employees ensures that there is a well-developed social club at Le Cornu Lewis Hancock.
