Assigned a Performance Development Manager who helps to mentor and give feedback. Work with managers on each engagement. However, little interaction between Partners and lower level staff.

A majority of the managers and ADs are approachable and ready to give advice moving forward. Internal communication can be a little difficult when individuals are busy.
The partners, managers and seniors are all readily accessible most of the time. There's multiple ways to get performance feedback and in-charges are happy to give you on the spot feedback and also delayed feedback.
Interacting with manager is good. But can be difficult to reach them sometimes just because they are busy and out at clients.
From what I can tell management is always happy to communicate and give feedback
Managers are very accessible to employees and you will find that you have access to multiple managers from which you can choose to communicate with particular topics.
Very approachable. I always feel like I can ask questions or for informal feedback. Formal feedback is a little harder to acquire.
Mostly very good. A couple of people need to improve their management skills

Managers are all extremely helpful and take the time to explain things when required. They are also happy to provide feedback.
