What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Not a lot. The company does a lot to work with less advantaged communities through charity work, and it's definitely possible that one person may be identified and given employment, but in practice the academic requirements are so high (realistically you're not getting in without a 97+ atar and 80+ university scores, minimum) that you're probably not going to get there by working and studying part time.
