Monthly instalments of pay tend to make it a bit trickier to save

A new bonus and pay scheme is being created to ensure that the pathway to more senior roles and the steps to get there are shared across all levels. The ramp-up for newbies has also been adjusted to incentivise staff towards the new shift in company goals - which it fairly compensates for.

I am still learning so I am focused more on improving my own work versus a salary point of view.

I think it is all pretty fair. I am still pretty new so haven't really been exposed to bonuses yet.

The company expensed a team catch-up for the Auckland TPT team to fly down to Wellington and meet the rest of the NZ cohort. Expenses for client visits - coffee, food, taxis.

Interstate travelling, free food, a nice office environment, online discounts

Lots of team dinners that the company pays for! We are in SUCH a great location, so its great coming in to the office and having nice views and short walks to restaurants/shops etc.
