Weekly 1:1 catch-ups with my reporting manager and monthly catch-ups with the Head of NZ - TPT. My broader Business plan and OKR/goal check-ins are covered during these chats. Recognition-wise, we have first-placement gifts and in our weekly TPT meetings we have regular team shout-outs for those acting in accordance to our TPT values and the placements achieved the week prior.
