You will

• Managing relationships with both internal (cross functional) and external stakeholders (customers) to drive outcomes
• General operational support with the wider team
• Engage in transaction management and operational processes involving approving, onboarding and signing agreements with new clients, property managers and existing clients
• Work closely with engineering, automation, communication, sales and product to improve the users experience
• Work collaboratively to develop, test and optimise operational processes

What this role looks like

In this role you will gain exposure to both the Sales and Finance Operations functions of the business. This will provide you with a depth of exposure to the two key components of the company. You will gradually be introduced to the key activities of each function and be delegated your responsibilities. As you progress you will be encouraged to analyse and improve processes to align with the strategic direction of the company. This will give you the opportunity for growth and expansion of your role.
