Regular training sessions without the Melbourne office and firm wide. A number of opportunities to attend off-site courses and classes. If you approach Management with a class or seminar you think will assist your development, they are highly supportive.

Informal and on the job training I find the most useful and valuable. Formal training needs to be more interactive i.e. running in person interactive training sessions, rather than 1.5hr online calls where the ARITA slides are just read.

FTI provides an induction training program which introduces you to each segment of the Company and outlines the roles within these groups. Beyond this, FTI experts provide frequent training sessions on key aspects of your role e.g. dividend payouts as well as organising external professionals to come in and speak about their field of expertise. Additionally, your coach will provide frequent feedback to you and ensure your are managing your job well. On the job training is the best form of training and you will be introduced to this as you start your role!
