The aspect of my job I love the most is the teamwork it involves. Each matter often requires input from various practice groups, meaning you are always working with and learning from different people.

Every day on the job is different and you're constantly being exposed to new things, which means that I'm given genuine and meaningful learning opportunities. 

CU people take their work seriously, but not themselves. This creates an excellent learning environment and enables you to be yourself at work. 

The firm's collaborative and cohesive work culture is the ideal environment for me to develop professionally, knowing that I can seek support from my colleagues when work or life becomes challenging.

Finding a job is not easy. Be patient and resilient, don't give up and stay true to who you are, and you will find the right role for you. 

The fact I can bring my whole self to work and be myself and I am provided challenging and meaningful work, which lets me focus on becoming the best lawyer I can be.

Having a workplace with a diversity of culture, experience or thought can only be a good thing as it means you can always learn from someone who sees things differently.
