Our internal cultural diversity initiatives include working on projects through the Jawun Secondment Program, a commitment to inclusive hiring and a comprehensive Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group

These initiatives, along with other work done by our RAP Working Group, help us audit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander programs in a respectful and culturally safe way. It’s important to us that our staff have a deep understanding of, and respect for, Australia’s First Nations peoples, and the capacity to operate respectfully in a range of cultural environments.
