Your role

The North Ryde manufacturing facility remains an important centre for both AstraZeneca and manufacturing in Australia. They are proud of their long heritage in Australia, where for more than 65 years, AstraZeneca Australia has been providing medicines to treat many cancers and chronic diseases, saving lives and extending life for millions of Australians.

The Production Operator is responsible for working as part of a team and following processes on a production line. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating production equipment and machines according to required quality standards
  • Conducting a visual inspection of products
  • Assisting inline cleaning, clearance, and opening
  • Recording of data for production measurement activities
  • Maintaining work, health and safety standards and raising any issues promptly to relevant personnel
  • Working as part of a team towards collective goals (Safety, Quality, Performance and People)
  • Participating in AstraZeneca’s Lean program
