The Program 

As a Human Resources Graduate with Asahi Beverages, you will embark on a fun and varied 12-month program. Our goal is to unleash your potential in HR through a structured program that focuses on building essential capability in various HR disciplines.  It provides the training and on the job experiences essential to support your overall understanding of HR to enable a flourishing HR career.

You will spend time shadowing leaders, managing projects, and learning the essentials of our HR function, whilst having a tangible impact on our business.

Key elements of the program include:​

• Develop an overall understanding of the Asahi Beverages business while also undertaking training in key skills that will set you up for success​
• Rotation through multiple HR disciplines, undertaking on the job technical training supplemented by self-directed learning​
• Developing your HR capability by working on key projects across the spectrum of HR to deliver quality business outcomes​
• Build your leadership capability through both formal Leadership training and on the job experience​
• Connect with and build relationships with CUB & Asahi Beverages senior leaders throughout the program​
• Optional ongoing career, technical and professional development support with informal technical mentors

A successful candidate for this role will:  

• Have completed a relevant bachelor's or master’s degree with a graduation year of either 2021 or 2022
• Have less than two years of full-time work experience
• Be an Australian/NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident, currently residing in Australia
