Now is an excellent opportunity to improve capacity to work electronically.

We try to limit paper-waste where possible.

I have not been here long enough to comment on this. It is also difficult to ascertain the measures put in place to reduce environmental impact since we have been mostly working from home due to the coronavirus.

There are a lot of automatic systems to save power, e.g. sensor lights.
