Unsure from a recruitment perspective. The Firm, from my understanding, does a lot of pro bono and public interest work for the First Peoples

I think in Law it is difficult to do this, especially given the competition for positions.

I believe that the technical assessment aspect of the interview process in a way helps people from less privileged backgrounds. In other interviews I have done in the past, I felt that it may be difficult for interviewees from less privileged backgrounds to pass onto the next stage if they didn't have much in common with the interviewer because of socio-economic status. However, adding a technical element means that people from less privileged backgrounds can show their ability.
