All grads are hand-picked to fill a specific opening within the business so are in the driver’s seat from day one. And when you cross the finishing line 18 months later there will be a job waiting in an area of your choice. Along with a generous boost to your already healthy starting salary.

ANZ Plus Grad alumni, Christina Tasaktsoglou shares her experience

“Upon completing a double degree in Business and IT at the University of Technology Sydney, I aspired to pursue a career as a small business banker. Despite my academic background, I harboured a fear of coding and STEM-related tasks. Throughout university I aimed to minimise my involvement in coding due to this apprehension. However, upon joining the ANZx Graduate Program, I made a deliberate effort to confront this fear and embrace learning how to code, even if it meant facing failure. The program offered an ideal platform for me to delve into this challenge with unwavering support from managers, colleagues, and peers. Through the rotation structure of the program and managers guidance, I not only overcame my fears but also honed my skills and discovered the area of work that truly motivates me”.
