When I get to work on an aspect of the product, and it ends up in customers’ hands, there is so much joy in that experience.

James Fricker studied a Bachelor of Mathematics (Statistics) and Bachelor of Finance at the University of Adelaide and is now a Technology Graduate at ANZ.

Turlough Crowe graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Neuroscience) and Masters of Biotechnology at The University of Melbourne and is now an Institutional Banking Graduate at ANZ.

My favourite part of the job if most definitely being about to connect with our clients on a daily basis, which are predominately farmers and being able to see how we are contributing to meet their business needs and helping them achieve their goals.

I also like to dedicate a few hours a week to my own development, ANZ has amazing learning resources that are great for upskilling

The people you work with, but also feeling you are positively contributing to your clients, who in my case are predominately hard-working farmers

In my spare time, I enjoy any outdoor activity (hikes, skateboarding, road trips) or you’ll probably find me planning my next travel adventure.

It’s a crisp morning in the Docklands as you strut down Collins Street; coffee in hand (in a free ANZ Keep Cup), and Airpods in as you listen to your favourite true-crime podcast.

The showcase in the afternoon goes great, with the demo working fine, and the audience was super impressed by the speed in which your team has been building features. You also got some great feedback which will help with the next iteration of your project.

love to hear our customers talk about their businesses and give us a tour of their facilities. This allows us to build a valuable relationship so that we can best meet their needs and assist their business to grow.

Back in front of the computer, I’m sending settlement instructions, requesting financials from accountants and confirming RSVP’s to upcoming field days. A quick tweet bragging about my office (farm) views for the day, a bit of knockoff office banter and it’s another day done as an ANZ Agri Grad.
