If you ignore the atrocious ESG issues concerning upper management, the investment teams are very ESG conscious and are adapting to the wants and needs of investors who care about these issues.

Plenty of projects have been run that I've been involved in i.e. Modern slavery, human rights, sexual harassment prevention, climate change, I&D activities, ESG rationale and reconciliation initiatives (through RAP). Not enough focus on this from management but momentum is there (since change of board).
