As an ALDI’s Graduate Area Manager, you will undergo an 18-month training program specifically designed to develop the leaders of tomorrow. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, lead successful teams, and participate in exciting projects. On successful completion of the Graduate Program, you’ll take on the role of Area Manager, running 5-6 stores in a multi-million-dollar business as if it were your own.

To be eligible for the program, candidates must have completed either a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last two years, demonstrating academic excellence through transcripts.
