The interview process was fairly straightforward as I'd worked here as a vac student previously and it was more working out what site I was being assigned to rather than whether an offer was going to be made.
Graduate, Perth
Online interview followed by psychometric testing and group assessment center.

A handy advice would be to conduct extensive research about the company's history, work, and values. The information collected upon reading should be used in shaping responses to all (or most) of the questions asked.
Graduate, Perth
Be open and down to earth, don't try to impress people with your knowledge but rather your ability to work hard, connect relationally with others and willingness to problem solve. Best prepare by learning about the company and coming with curious questions to show an genuine interest,
Graduate, Pinjarra WA
Have a set approach to problem solving which you can adapt to different circumstances. Prepare to be working alongside others and remember to be respectful and kind during the group interview.
