AGCO is the world's largest manufacturer of machinery and equipment focused solely on the agricultural industry. At AGCO, we’re not just manufacturing machines—we're manufacturing a brighter future for farms everywhere. With our industry-leading machinery and equipment backed by exceptional parts, service and support, we make working with us easy. AGCO takes farming further, faster.
Our collection of brands is a large part of what makes AGCO so unique. Our brands are powerful. They’re modern. They're well-known brands like Challenger, Fendt, GSI, Massey Ferguson and Valtra. They are the ones that the world looks to each and every day.
When looking for Grads we want people who are ready to jump in feet first and get to know all areas of our business. Agriculture is not only a long term career opportunity, being a primary industry, but also incredibly interesting due to the technological advances being made. Working at AGCO is more than a job, it’s a career in an industry that makes a difference in the lives of billions of people − including you, your family and your friends.
At AGCO, we believe that when our people succeed, our business succeeds. It’s a people philosophy that we believe and invests in. We make sure all of our employees – in every function, every geography and at every level – have the tools they need to be successful and take charge of their career. Because when our people grow, our business grows. Every day. Every way.
From the day you decide to join AGCO, we want to engage and excite you. From recruiting to onboarding, we’ll give you the information you need to hit the ground running in your new role.
We’re clear on where we want to go as a business and we trust you to set individual goals that get us there. Connecting employees to company goals empower our people to imagine what’s next, take action and make a difference.
From online and on-the-job training to networking and special assignments, AGCO’s learning model “Our Way to Grow” uses a variety of methods to help you “know it, share it and experience it.” Whether you want to learn a new skill or you aspire to do something different, we can help you develop the skills you need to take your career—and our business—to the next level.
We help our people achieve true balance — however, they define it—by focusing on their professional, financial and personal well-being. Unlimited career opportunities, competitive pay packages, and programs that promote employee health and happiness both respect and reward you for who you are as well as what you deliver.
At AGCO, we help farmers feed the world using less water, less energy and fewer chemicals – and we make those same reductions in our own operations. We’re also educating African farmers so they can take a huge leap towards food security and prosperity through our Future Farm initiative. We hope sharing resources will be good for business, but, more importantly, we know it will be good for the world.
Diversity and Inclusion.
At AGCO, we appreciate differences and value each other’s cultural identities, leveraging the perspectives of our diverse workforce to yield better business results. Cross-cultural understanding and appreciation are essential to business success and one of our core values.
In addition, our diversity and inclusion approach emphasises gender balance, with a strong focus on increasing the number of women in leadership positions. To support these efforts, the AGCO Global Women’s Network (AGWN) focuses on hiring, connecting and developing talented women around the world.
We’re just starting out on our Grad journey so our initial roles will be in our Marketing and Service teams. In marketing, this may mean looking after a specific product brands marketing needs or in Service providing technical advice, support and engagement to our dealers. Grads will not just stay in their area of focus though, we want to ensure you have the full AGCO experience, so you will also spend time in Sales, Customer Service, Dealer Development and more. We really believe it will be aq great all-round experience. AND, if things go you, you will end up with a permanent role at AGCO.
