Pretty standard for engineering hires with a several rounds of testing, i.e tests, phone interview and in person interview.. These do however take a great deal of time, and can be pretty time demanding when you are applying for several jobs.

Very thorough and used to weed out candidates however upon review of assessment of candidates required for individual roles it seems the selection process can be quite biased.

After this process was invited to an online assessment centre (during covid but believe they are back to in person) where we did a group activity in a break our room and then had a short 10 minute one on one interview.
