A Day in the Life at ACCIONA Australia and New Zealand

After I conducted all the PIT, I began working on collating the Quality Assurance (QA) documentation for our upcoming areas that are about to be piled. This involves creating a spreadsheet with information such as the pile ID, pile diameter, drill depth & concrete volume to name a few metrics.

Going around to each site crew in the morning allows me to establish what they are aiming to achieve for the day, so I can track their progress.

My favourite time of the week… the HR weekly meeting! Whilst my team talk all day, every day, we do have a specific weekly meeting to keep us all connected and informed on all things HR/ Recruitment, centrally and nationally.

My team had a debrief on what went well and what needs to be improved after the multiple issues encountered during the day. We came up with a good plan to mitigate some of the issues moving forward which will be implemented tomorrow.
