Rick Troiano is a partner in our Corporate Markets team. Rick has been with the Firm for 14 years, joining our Corporate Markets team as a senior associate in 2007. He undertook a 12 month secondment to the Takeovers Panel in 2010 and was elected to partner in 2016. Rick has more than 19 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate advisory work. His practice centres on advising clients on takeovers, schemes of arrangement, private M&A transactions, IPOs and other corporate transactions. Rick plays a significant role in mentoring lawyers of all levels. Rick also has three young children, and has been supported in taking paid parental leave to look after his twin girls.
