Finance and Business Units within WA Health are seeking to recruit a pool of talented Finance and Business Analyst Graduates, with an interest in accounting, finance, legislative compliance, and business systems and improvement to the Graduate Development Program - Finance and Business Stream. Opportunities in the Graduate Development Program are for non-clinical areas only.

In this role you will provide support to develop, implement, maintain and evaluate WA Health's finance and business policies, systems and governance requirements. The role is suited to graduates with academic backgrounds including accounting, finance, economics, business and commerce.

The Graduate Development Program - Finance and Business Stream provides access to ongoing professional development activities and a broad range of work experience that seeks to develop and diversify your knowledge and skills. It also offers you hands-on experience in a variety of finance, business and corporate areas across the Department.

In this stream, you will be required to complete a prescribed number of units towards attaining a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA or CA). You will be provided with financial support (reimbursement of unit costs upon successful completion), access to study leave and a formal mentor to assist you to pursue this qualification.
