As well as maintaining many of these relationships, we are now offering these financial services in house, allowing efficient flow of information across our two business modules.

We have significant experience and insight into the operation of various investment vehicles including Companies, Trusts, and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds. As a result, advice and assistance to small/medium businesses has also grown to be a core part of our expertise. Our philosophy is to demonstrate ethics and integrity in everything we do. Our client relationships are the foundation of our business and it is our mission to foster and grow those relationships over the long-term.

We take the work life balance very seriously at Wybenga & Partners and our staff are encouraged to have a fulfilling life outside the office. A typical day will have you arriving at the office at around 8.30am with most days concluding at 5.30pm.

Our team, currently at around 20 staff members, benefit from the following:

  • Career path – on completion of their CA our team have significant practical experience which will assist them in advancing their careers. All of the directors of the firm started life as a cadet, completed their CA, moved on to being managers at the firm before being offered a directorship. Progression is something we actively encourage.
  • A young and vibrant workplace – Many of our team are either cadets, still completing their studies or CA candidates, looking to move forward their career. This gives our team the benefit of a large peer group both for the social side of working, and the support of coping with work, completing the CA program and assistance with study.
  • Mentoring – graduates are paired with a senior staff member to oversee their progress and training.
  • Communication and feedback – the Firm has an open door policy which enables graduates the opportunity to interact with all members of staff including regular interaction with Directors. We have a formal review process every 6 months allowing regular and constructive two-way feedback.
  • Culture – the Firm promotes a friendly social culture with a number of functions throughout the year. Every 5 years we hold a large celebration to commemorate our achievements and the history of the firm. 2014 was the 20 year anniversary of the firm which we celebrated in style in Las Vegas. This year marks the 25th anniversary which we are busily planning our trip to Hong Kong.
  • Modern environment – including ‘socialising’ areas such as pool table and break out area.
  • Training – ongoing support and technical training. We also provide internal and external training on a monthly basis.

We are looking for people to enhance our dynamic team. An ideal candidate will be a team player who can display initiative, will have excellent written and oral communication skills, will have an aptitude for accounting and tax and be looking for a career in a chartered firm.
