  • Have completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) with the desire to pursue post graduate qualifications such as CA or CPA.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail, commitment and motivation.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to grow a portfolio of clients;
  • Experience in MYOB and Excel would be highly regarded.

  • Preparation of distribution schedule
  • Preparation of rental schedule
  • Client contact
  • Preparation of Income Tax Returns (Individual, Company, Trust, partnerships)
  • Preparation of Business Activity Statements and appropriate GST schedules
  • Maintaining quarterly BAS’s register for clients
  • Use of MYOB and Banklink (including printing reports)
  • Use of XPA for preparation of accounts
  • Preparation of Letters
  • Preparation of Invoices
  • Preparation of Minutes for meetings for directors and shareholders
  • Extensive use of Excel spreadsheets
  • Preparation of Tax Calculations and spreadsheets
  • Preparation of Job Compilation Report
