LDB was established in 1986 by our two founding partners. Over time, our service offering has grown to meet the needs of our client base. Rather than referring clients to other practitioners, we decided to build skills in these service areas within the firm. We sought out experts in their fields, those that shared our philosophy of caring, and established viable, properly resourced business units. Our service divisions include tax and compliance, business advisory, audit, superannuation services, wealth management and property services. All of the disciplines within LDB operate as a seamless team: ‘Working as One’.

We actively recruit graduates and invest in further training to give them the best start in their careers, with some going on to become partners. In return, our younger team members are quick to embrace new technologies that allow us to be even more effective in delivering positive outcomes for our clients. While we are always looking for ways to improve, we are proud of our people, their dedication to their work and to the results that they deliver for our clients.

Our graduate program includes in-house training sessions and support, outsourced training, secondments into three divisions of the practice to assist with CA studies and a Mentor Program with direct access to our partners. We also encourage our graduates to commence the Chartered Accounting Program within the first year of employment to assist with personal development and understanding in the workplace.
