The AFP Graduate Program employs across a range of business areas such as Legal, Forensics, People Strategies, Finance and many more. As an AFP Graduate you will have exposure to a variety of projects or work tasks. This will provide you with a better understanding of the organisation and the responsibilities of your business area. Through the Graduate Program you will be presented with a range of opportunities to advance and develop your career.

Over the twelve months as a Finance and Commercial Graduate you will build your skills, knowledge and networks by working in a variety of challenging and exciting roles. This may include financial accounting, management accounting, tax, asset management and many more. During the Graduate program you will benefit from focused training combined with on-the-job learning opportunities.

After completion of the Graduate Program, Finance & Commercial graduates can apply for support towards further qualifications such as CPA or CA programs or Graduate Diplomas/Masters. Support can include mentoring, study leave, payment of enrolment/course fees, ongoing training, external courses and ongoing payment of professional membership fees.
